What You Don’t See

People often respond to what they can see. If they do not see a wheelchair, a bandage, or a dramatic symptom, they may assume everything is fine.

But invisible struggles have real weight. Pain, fatigue, cognitive overload, dizziness, anxiety, memory issues, and emotional exhaustion do not disappear just because they are not obvious.

Being believed matters. Compassion matters. Listening matters.
